We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange, replacement or refund. Please return the product in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds (less 15% handling & restocking fee) will be given to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Please include a copy of your original receipt or invoice.

Returning Merchandise
To return merchandise within 30 days, email or call, and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* and a return shipping address. An exchange, replacement or refund cannot be issued unless you have a Return Authorization Number. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please follow the shipping instructions below carefully:

  • Securely repack merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.
  • In large, bold print, clearly mark the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* on two outside panels of the box.
  • We recommend you ship via UPS, RPS or parcel post insured. Always retain your return shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes. Outdoor Lighting Source cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
A Return Authorization Number is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for exchanges or replacements. On credit card orders, please allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise. NOTE: we may need to refund you via check as we do not keep a record of your credit card on file.

*IMPORTANT: Any merchandise/package sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
NOTE: Special Orders, unless due to defect or otherwise noted, are not returnable or refundable.

General Shipping Information:
Outdoor Lighting Source is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and International customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. All available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges (and any applicable taxes) for all U.S. orders will be shown in your Shopping Cart when you place an order. For International Orders, please see our International Order section below.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.

All shipping and processing times provided are estimated and refer to Business Days. Please allow a minimum of one (1) business day for order processing. The Outdoor Lighting Source warehouses are not open on weekends or most major Holidays.

Product Availability:
Outdoor Lighting Source is a dynamically generated web site via our accounting/inventory control system, therefore all of the products available for sale should be available for shipment. Product specific Order Processing Times will indicate the availability of a product.

Shipping Methods:
Outdoor Lighting Source utilizes a variety of carriers to ship its orders. For most U.S. orders, United Parcel Ground Service is used. This is our Standard Service. The Shipping Methods will be presented to you during the check out process. In most cases the Shipping Methods available are Standard, 2-Day, or Next Day.

Outdoor Lighting Source reserves the right to utilize the carries it feels provides the best service to facilitate your order. Some of the carriers most frequently used are Airborne Express, UPS and USPS.

Please note:
On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.

Some U.S. carriers do not ship or deliver on the following dates:

U.S. Shipping Fees:
Shipping and handling charges to destinations within the U.S. are determined by the weight of the shipment and the shipping method(s) you choose. The Shipping Fee for a specific order will be presented to you before completing the order process. Due to courier surcharges for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and additional fee may be incurred for shipments to these states.

International Orders:
International shipping & handling fees is determined by the destination and weight of merchandise ordered. To obtain a quote for an International order, please contact us. A customer service specialist will get back to you with the shipping cost, available methods, and ordering instructions within one business day.

Taxes and Customs Duties:
Outdoor Lighting Source charges required local and state taxes for orders shipped to Texas.

Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Outdoor Lighting Source charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Customs Sticker:
Outdoor Lighting Source is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

Return Policy:
Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns.

Any products received without an RMA will be returned to you at your cost.

Return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material the manufacturer sent with the merchandise (manuals, warranty cards, cables, etc.).

Outdoor Lighting Source is not responsible for lost return shipments and recommends that returned items be shipped via Federal Express, UPS or another carrier able to track packages.
